A Healthy Snack

  • 3-4 crushed ice cubes
  • 1 container of low fat yogurt
  • 1-2 pieces of fruit
  • 1 cup of juice
  • 1 cup of water

Blend for 10 seconds.

Nutritional content: 306 calories, 8 grams of protein, 55 grams of carbohydrates, 6 grams of fat.
