Eat More Frequently to Lose Weight
One way to lose weight is to eat more frequently.
Instead of eating one to two large meals per day, eat five to six small meals, but keep your total caloric content the same.
Eating has a thermogenic effect.
Every time you eat, it raises your metabolism and increases your core temperature.
That is why you eat less during the summer and more during the winter, because it makes you hot.
