Drink More Water
Everyone needs to consume eight glasses of water (8 ounces each) every day.
This water is needed for normal cell maintenance, store water soluble vitamins, and help breakdown complex carbohydrates.
If you don't like the taste of water, you can substitute it with any drink that is not carbonated or does not have alcohol or caffeine (juices, Kool Aid, etc.).
Just remember, these drinks contain sugar that can be stored as body fat.
You will be surprised at how good you feel just by drinking more water.
