What time of day should you work out?

There are many different theories regarding the time of day you should exercise.

Some people feel that working out in the morning may cause your metabolism to stay elevated throughout the day and indirectly burn a few more calories. Others feel that working out in the evening will allow you to rest and recuperate faster.

Researchers have failed to show that one work out time is any better than another. Choose the workout time that will allow you to be consistent with your workouts. Whatever works for you.
