Do I Walk or Do I Run?
Did you know that you will burn exactly the same amount of calories if you walk two miles or if you jog two miles?
Although walking is easier on your joints, it will take longer to walk than jog.
For most people, either method of exercise is great.
Choose one that you like and stick to it.
