Tai Chi may be one of the best solutions to their problem. Researchers at Case Western Reserve University have demonstrated that Tai Chi will help lessen pain.
The researchers believe that activities like Tai Chi reduce arthritis pain by increasing circulation and stimulating the body to repair damaged joint surfaces.
Tai Chi has also been shown to increase strength, endurance, improve balance, and help with self-esteem.
