What is the best order for strength training exercises?

The order in which you perform your strengthening exercises is important for producing optimal results.

You want to train the most important muscles first.

For example, if your goal is to work your legs, your first exercise for the day might be single leg squats.

If you want a complete body work out, train large muscle groups (legs, glutes, chest, back) and progress to smaller groups (shoulders, calves).
