How Long Do You Rest?

When you are lifting weights, you need to rest 30 seconds to two minutes between sets.

If you are trying to perform your next set after only 15-20 seconds of rest, you probably did not push yourself hard enough during that last set.

If you are still resting after two minutes, quit talking and get back to work.
