Are You Stressed?
This is the time of year when many people are feeling stressed. One place where people feel stress and tension is in their neck and back (trapezius muscle).
A good way to relax that muscle is to shrug your shoulders toward your ears and hold it in the up position for 5 seconds.
Take a deep breath and then repeat it 10 times.
